BorlandTech LLC provides website design, IT support, website hosting, and local SEO services to businesses. All services are subject to a signed agreement outlining scope, timeline, and payment terms.
Website projects require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Monthly services (hosting, IT, SEO) are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content we create for you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
BorlandTech LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Benton County, Arkansas.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
